Jal Vayu Vihar Sectors-21 & 25 was built by Air Force Naval Housing Board (AFNHB), Race Course, New Delhi to cater to housing needs of defence personnel from Navy and Air Force. It was built over a plot of land measuring 50,000 sqm alloted by Noida Authority over four phases starting from first phase in 1987 and last phase in 1994.Fifteen multi-storey towers of G-7 configuration in P&Q Blocks consisting of 690 apartments were provided
